Head up, Publix has updated its refund policy pertaining to items purchased at this time. For the safety of others, I think this is an excellent idea.

Publix is committed to remaining open and serving our communities during this challenging time. We encourage our customers to purchase only what they need—and not to stockpile.
At this time, we are suspending refunds on products purchased during this declared emergency. We will, of course, continue to honor our Publix Guarantee for any products that do not meet our quality standards.
