New System VS. Old System
Some Publix stores have installed a new system which calculates this deal differently. The system affect digital threshold coupon like the one used below.
Some stores only have this system installed at certain register numbers so it’s very confusing.
If your coupon doesnt deduct and you have purchased all the products exactly as listed, this many be the problem.
You can tell if your store is on the new system by the receipt. Below is an example
