Publix Stocking Spree is a rewards program offered through Proctor & Gamble, exclusively for Publix.
When you purchase $50 or more in participating products
you earn a $10 gift card. You can redeem this gift card digitally or via U.S. Mail
Items purchased accrue, so you do not need to purchase $50 in one shopping trip. Each time you make a purchase upload your receipt to the Stocking Spree website. They will track your purchases and once you accue $50, you remit for your gift card.

When you chose a password do not chose one with special characters in it, the system seems to reject them
Once you have purchased participating items upload your receipt. Here is a video which shows me uploading a receipt using my cellphone
You must wait until one receipt is approved before submitting another, it usually takes a day to approve receipts.
Do BOGOs count? FREE items are not supposed to count toward your $50 total, but sometimes depending on who is checking your receipt it does.
