The coupon comes via email
The first confirmation email comes with no coupon
the second email is a newsletter which came to my spam folder, all the way at bottom of the newsletter
Click there to get the coupon ( see pic above) Once you have printed the coupon there is a ” thanks for printing page” click the back button until you see the ” get coupon” button again and you can print a second print.
